Tree Of Lights 2020

  • 6th December 2020

Christmas can be a very difficult time following a bereavement.

The annual Tree of Lights service, held each year gives us the opportunity to remember and celebrate life in a positive way.

Due to the current restrictions, this year we are inviting you to leave a dedication for a loved one and to join in our virtual Tree of Lights service, on Sunday 6th December at 6.30 pm, with readings, carols and music from the comfort of your own home.  We want people of all faiths and ages to come together, whilst also remaining safe.

Everyone that leaves a dedication and donation before the 27th November will receive a remembrance pack which will contain a candle and service booklet amongst other things to enable you to join in the service.

The lights on the tree on the St Mary’s Hospital site in Kettering will be lit from the 6th December and will shine throughout the festive season as a dedication to greatly-missed friends and family members, until Twelfth Night on the 6th January.  You will be able to visit the tree of lights during this time if you so wish.

We look forward to virtually welcoming all of our supporters to join us for this reflective evening online.

To make a donation in memory of your loved one and receive your remembrance pack, please donate online HERE or contact our fundraising office on 01536 452423. We’re working hard to send out our Tree of Lights remembrance packs but please note that for anything received after the 27th November, we can’t guarantee that your pack will arrive before the virtual service on the 6th December. Thank you for your understanding.
