Debbie Grant (Fundraising Assistant)
‘Fundraising Superstar’ Debbie is the longest-standing member of the team, having been with us for over twelve years! During this time, she’s seen a lot of changes and is often asked to dig deep into her memory banks for historical snippets of information. A real craft-queen, she loves to spend her downtime getting arty and is a very talented painter.
Rubi Hussain (Finance Administrator)
‘Finance Whizz’ Rubi has been part of the fundraising team for over five years. She loves to play detective ensuring that incoming donations are recorded correctly and enjoys working with our incredible volunteers. A volunteer herself, she spends her spare time helping various local animal-welfare charities and looking after her extensive furry-family of six cats and seven dogs!
Jacqueline Cheung (Marketing Manager)
‘Marketing Guru’ Jax worked for several high-profile consumer brands before moving across to the charity sector in 2018. She loves the challenge of working in a small team and enjoys seeing the difference her efforts make every day. An extensive travel bucket-list keeps her busy outside of work, along with spending time with her husband and dog!
Shelley Green (Events Manager)
‘Events Extraordinaire’ Shelley has an inspiring wealth of corporate and charity experience in her background. She is incredibly passionate about the diversity of her role and is continually blown away by the generosity of our community. Events are never far from her agenda and even away from the office, she is usually busy planning events and trips for her friends and family… although she leaves any cooking to her husband!
Amelia Davey (Events Coordinator)
‘Events Sensation’ Amelia studied Events Management at Northampton University before joining the team in 2018. She loves the variety of our busy event portfolio and getting hands-on from start to finish. Away from the office, she can be found spending quality time with friends, family and her dog Bailey!
Mary Hollands (Community Fundraising Manager)
‘Fundraising Goddess’ Mary looks after our community, third-party and corporate fundraisers. The newest member of the team, she is already making an incredible impact bringing a smile everywhere she goes. Born to be on stage, she spends her weekends working with local theatre groups and choreographing shows!
Louise Preedy (Community Fundraiser)
‘Fundraising Maestro’ Louise looks after our schools and youth programmes, collections and in-memory giving. She’s experienced fundraising from all sides, having volunteered with the Scouts for five-years before kick-starting her career in the industry in 2013. High-flyer Louise loves to spend her downtime attending aerial classes and chilling out with her dog in the garden.
Cassie the Cransley Crocodile (Hospice Mascot)
‘Chief Morale Officer’ Cassie first burst onto the scene at the 2018 Road Races and has been raring to go ever since. She loves to meet her younger supporters at our events and popping into schools to spread the word about the amazing work that we do. She loves nothing more than tucking into her favourite food (Fish) and enjoys having a wiggle and a dance at every opportunity!
