We are Cransley Hospice Trust

The charity that funds hospice care for the north of Northamptonshire.

We raise money so that patients, families and carers can be supported when someone has a life limiting illness and needs expert help.

The charity works in partnership with Cynthia Spencer Hospice Charity and the local Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) to describe what services should be provided (commissioned) when a patient has a life limiting illness and needs expert help. The services are provided by Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust (NHFT).

Hospice care is provided in the Cransley Hospice Inpatient Unit and in the patient’s home (Hospice at Home). The Hospice at Home services are countywide and also funded by Cynthia Spencer Hospice Charity. To see more about our services follow this link.

Cransley Hospice Trust has two main roles:
To commission (describe) the services that are needed.
To raise funds to provide the services.
