Governance of Care

Governance of the care given both in the hospice and outside is managed within Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust (NHFT) which is part of the NHS. NHFT have a section on their website about their Quality and Governance - to view this click here.

Governance of the Charity

Cransley Hospice Trust is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee and is subject to both charity and company law.

The Trust has a board of trustees who have oversight of the charity. They bring a range of skills to the Trust and ensure that the Trust complies with relevant laws and regulations. An Executive team has day-to-day control of the Trust.
