'Fill A Sock' with donations for Cransley Hospice Trust.
In 2023, we celebrated 25 years of Cransley Hospice and following on from this momentous year, we have taken inspiration from our incredible founder, Dr John Smith, and are asking you – our loyal supporters – to dig deep and help us ‘Fill A Sock!’ with loose change or by organising some fabulous fundraising!
The idea comes from our founder, Dr John Smith. When handed a donation by a thankful patient, John would keep this money safely in a sock in the drawer of his desk. Cransley Hospice was opened in 1998 thanks to Dr John Smith’s careful squirreling away of these generous donations.
