Tree of Lights 2021
Leave a donation with your special message to remember your loved one and join us for our virtual service on Sunday 5th December.
We provide care for patients with a life-limiting illness who need the specialist help of hospice care.
This care takes in all aspects of the person i.e. physical and mental health, spiritual and social care (holistic care) and is available in the hospice building (inpatient unit) and at home (whether this your own home, a care home etc.).
could pay for a patient’s meals for one day.
could pay for one hour for a health care assistant to provide nursing care for a patient and support for the family.
could pay for a home visit by a Cransley Nurse Specialist to help a patient with pain or other difficult symptoms who wish to remain at home.
could pay for a Hospice at Home nurse for 1 day.
could pay for a patient at the hospice for 24 hours.
A partnership with a well-respected local charity is a great way to demonstrate your commitment to the community. Our Corporate relationships play a huge part in supporting our work.
Hospice is care focused on the “whole person” and incorporates physical, psychological, emotional, social and spiritual needs of patients when a cure is no longer possible
Our Volunteer work is currently suspended in line with Government guidelines.
Our amazing volunteers are a vital part of Cransley Hospice, complementing the work done by our staff.
As a charity we are exceedingly grateful to our volunteers as not only do they help us on a regular basis, they save us a significant amount of money that can then be spent on vital services.
Our team tell us they get so much out of volunteering with us. Not only are they supporting such a worthy cause but they learn new skills and make new friends along the way.
