A beautiful hand crafted heart shaped candle holder made by local Kettering potter Louise Crookenden Johnson. These unique candleholders are decorated with a hand painted robin and personalised with a name of your choosing (Max 10 characters.) The wording is handwritten in a beautiful silver mirrored finish and comes complete with a small taper candle and are boxed making an ideal gift or keepsake.
When ordering your personalised candleholder please write the name required in BLOCK CAPITALS in the notes section at checkout. PLEASE NOTE: maximum of 10 characters only. PLEASE CHECK SPELLING BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. ITEMS WILL BE PERSONALISED AS PER THE ORDER NOTES. We cannot except responsibility for names spelled incorrectly. We do not offer a refund on personalised items.

DELIVERY – Any orders before Friday 3rd November will be delivered by 20th November. If you would like to receive your order by Christmas, please order by Friday 24th November 2023.
If you are ordering other products online, please note, we will wait until your candle holder is ready so that we can post all items together. If you are ordering Christmas cards that you would like to receive sooner, we would advise that you order these separately so that we can post them asap.
COLLECTION – Orders made before Friday 3rd November will be ready for collection from our Fundraising Office (Cransley Hospice Trust, St Mary’s Hospital, Kettering, NN15 7PW) on Friday 17th November.
