“My second-hand shopping journey only started a couple of years ago. I have to admit that I fell into the fast fashion trap, purchasing the majority of my clothes online. Before I joined the team at Cransley Hospice Trust, thrifting or shopping in a charity shop wasn’t something I ever considered. Clearly I had been living under a rock because I have since found some bargain goodies at Curated by Cransley.
I wanted to share with you, just a snippet of the pre-loved items that I have purchased from the charity shop, including the brand and the prices that I paid. Hopefully by the end of this post, you’ll want to run over to the shop!”
“The perfect staples for summer. I got my hands on a beautiful satin summer dress from Zara, along with a pre-loved blouse by Coast for just £10! (That’s a bargain)”
“I wore this sparkly LDB to a family gathering last Christmas and received so many compliments! I couldn’t believe that I snagged it for just £12.50 from the charity shop, and in perfect condition. The leopard trousers were more out of my comfort zone, but I ended up really loving them. Perfect for warmer weather. with a black or white t-shirt or bodysuit.”
“When I saw the Fat Face blouse, I HAD to buy it. £6!? For Fat Face!! That’s unheard of. It’s such a beautiful floaty blouse with button details on the back. And last but not least, this black Ralph Lauren top, it’s perfect for those smart-casual occasions.”
