26th June 2019
On 29th March 2020 thousands of runners will be pounding the streets of London at this incredibly popular event and we are really excited to announce that for the first time we will have charity places available!
The London Landmarks Half Marathon is a closed road, central London run and is the only half marathon to go through both the City of London and City of Westminster.
The event is not your average half marathon! From cultural landmarks and heritage to the city’s quirky and hidden secrets, runner get to explore the capital on a route like no other.
The race starts on Pall Mall and finishes by Downing Street taking in fabulous views of London’s most iconic landmarks including Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, Nelson’s Column, the Gherkin, the Shard, the Tower of London and the London Eye.
Raising money for Cransley Hospice allows us to care for more people from North Northamptonshire with life-limiting illnesses at our wonderful in-patient hospice as well as in patients’ own homes. By supporting us you are helping us to continue to provide specialist end-of-life care at the highest possible level and expand it so that we can help more people and their families in our Community.
We have TEN charity places available this year, applications will open soon – so keep an eye out on our Facebook page for more information and details of how to apply! You can find out more information about minimum sponsorships and why you should join the #CransleyCrew on the event page HERE.
For any runners who have been lucky enough to secure a place in the ballot – we’d still love to invite you to become part of our team! No minimum sponsorships will apply and we’ll be with you (in spirit) every step of the way, from training to race day and beyond.
What are you waiting for? Lace up those trainers and hit the road today!
